Custom retail store fixtures for specialty stores, department stores, and vendor shops Closed and out of business.

In 1996 Ontario Store Fixtures, Inc. (TSE: “OSF”), Weston, Ontario, Canada, goes public on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The issue was priced at 10.2X EBIT, 8.2X EBITDA and at a 15.6 PE. In 1994, OSF was taken private in a LBO at 18X trailing earnings and at 9.4X trailing EBITDA.

In 2000 OSF Inc. (TSE:”OSF”), Toronto, ON, acquired by O Acquisition Corp., NY, for $122 million. OAC also acquired the assets of Royal Laser Tech Corp.’s (TSE: “RLT”) Seven Continents store fixture division.

In 2001 OSF, INC., Toronto, Canada, acquired Technology Furniture Inc., Toronto, Canada.

In 2002 OSF Partners and related entities, Toronto, Canada, filed for bankruptcy protection in September. This is a subsequent filing by the successor corporations that had filed and successfully emerged from bankruptcy in March.

Finally in 2003 OSF, Toronto, closed its custom wood and custom metal divisions.
