Tom Berg is the Sr. Facilities Architect for the University of Washington, where he works to set technical design standards for new facilities, and to solve maintenance and repair problems. Tom's career spans 37 years with design practice in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Wyoming, Alaska, California, Arizona, and Washington State. He worked 16 of those years with the international architectural firm, NBBJ, where he was project architect for hospital, commercial, criminal justice, and sporting facilities around the western United States. In addition to design problem solving, Tom is the author of a book titled; "Architectural Contract Document Production" published by McGraw-Hill. He also published a national newsletter called "The Technical Advisor".
