Norman Johnson - Founder and President
Norm Johnson is President of RetailSource.com, directing all marketing, sales and partnership activities. Norm brings an insider's view of the retail industry to the RetailSource.com offering. Early in his career Norm supervised the construction of commercial, restaurant and retail projects in the San Francisco Bay area. He gained further understanding of the retail industry as a technical architect for NBBJ's Retail Concepts design group. In 1992 Norm joined the Eddie Bauer corporate staff as a design manager. He managed the design effort for well over a hundred stores in the US, Canada, Japan, and the UK including award winning premier store concepts in Chicago and San Francisco. Norm also worked as a new business development manager at DuPont Flooring Systems, selling commercial floor covering to chain retailers. This experience gives Norm a hands-on understanding of the operational, sales and purchasing issues faced by retailers and the vendors that serve them.
